Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation (excluding holidays and weekends).
Free shipping is available for orders meeting the specified amount threshold; extra freight applies to remote areas as shown on the checkout page.
Delivery time varies by region and logistics provider, normally 10-30 working days. Delays caused by force majeure (weather, customs, policy adjustment, etc.) are not liable to us.
We cooperate with regular logistics carriers. Tracking numbers will be updated once dispatched, which customers can check online in real time.
For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees required by local regulations.
